Ordering Information

  • Orders are accepted via our website, fax, phone, mail, & email.

Plant Size

  • One unit = one four inch or quart size pot.
  • Please note that in some cases one gallon sizes may be available upon request, or as a substitution. This will alter both the unit and total price. You will be contacted before you are charged for the order in the event this is necessary.

Substitutions

  • Please note that in certain cases a plant may not be available. Please allow for substitutions.
  • If a plant is not available we can either backorder the plant or offer a substitution if a similar plant is available. Please indicate your preference when you select your products.

Shipping Information

  • All orders are shipped via UPS.
  • Shipping charges are calculated at the time of checkout if your order is placed on our website.
  • Shipping charges will be calculated upon shipment for orders placed via fax, phone, mail & email.
  • Plants will be shipped according to the planting season in your area, unless otherwise specified.
  • We typically ship within two weeks of of the date that your order has been received.
  • Please contact us via telephone (410) 496-2523 or email mail@earthlypursuits.net if you have a specific date that you would like your order to arrive.

Quarantined States

  • AZ, CA, CO, ID, MT, NV, OR, UT, and WA.
  • Please apply $25 for phyotosanitary inspection papers.
  • Expect delays in shipment due to inspections.

Arrival

  • All plants should be unpacked immediately and watered.
  • Allow plants to acclimate for 1-2 days before planting.
  • We will include planting instructions with each shipment.

Conditions & Guarantees

  • Earthly Pursuits, Inc. guarantees that any plant it sells is true to name.
  • Any plant which may prove untrue will be replaced.
  • We cannot replace plants lost by causes beyond our control.
  • Great care will be taken in packaging each order.
  • Please understand that the shipping process is not as gentle as we would like.
  • If making claims, please keep in mind that broken foliage will grow back.
  • Claims must be made within five days of receipt.
